Refund policy

14-day returns. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. To start a return, email rocky.rock@hurtthatball.com with your order number and we'll get you sorted. Return shipping address: 2070 Rhonda St, Oxnard, CA 93036. We don't do direct exchanges yet — the fastest way to get the size you want is to return the item and place a new order. If you're between sizes, email rocky.rock@hurtthatball.com with your measurements before you order and we'll help you pick a size. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
